Thank you for shopping with Pet Paws NZ! We are dedicated to delivering high-quality pet gear to your doorstep. Below you will find the details of our shipping and delivery times.

⚙️ Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: Most orders (over 90%) are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

We work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times to New Zealand are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days (applies to the majority of standard shipments).

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Note: Remote regional areas within New Zealand or unexpected customs/carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times beyond this window.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.
